Mediem is created by Idealogue, Inc., a web venture developing innovative technology and consulting services to obtain meaningful results from community engagement initiatives that seek to further stakeholder conversations, improve individual and system-wide understanding, and enhance decision-making.

Idealogue, Inc. works with education institutions, civic organizations, businesses, and non-profits to leverage our software towards substantive, sustainable and transformative conversations on the issues of the day. Noam Shore, Founder & Chief Conversant
In founding Idealogue, Inc., Noam brings together extensive business experience and a passion for utilizing technology to address social challenges. His work includes roles in finance, operations and consulting with companies such as American Management Systems (now CGI), Genuity (now Level 3), and social innovator Working Assets. Noam has a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Babson College. He is also a trained mediator with Mediation Works Incorporated.

Mark Horowitz, Idea Hunter & Collaboration Gatherer
Mark, a founding member of the Idealogue, Inc. Board of Advisors, brings over 20 years experience as a management and organizational development consultant to his work helping organizations develop effective dialogue and collaborative programs with Idealogue, Inc. software. He was a co-founder of New Context Consulting, which specializes in large-scale culture change and leadership training, and a founder of the Uniterra Foundation, which supports projects worldwide committed to the practical application of spiritual values for social change. Mark studied psychology with Abraham Maslow and Roberto Assagioli.

Matthew Krom (MW Krom LLC), Collaboration Architect
Matt skillfully brings technology ideas to life with over 11 years of experience building dozens of customer-facing and high-end, complex web applications for companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Houghton Mifflin, Ernst & Young, and United Healthcare Group. Matt’s expertise includes technical project leadership and business analysis, and software engineering, design, and programming. Matt has a BA in Computer Science from Cornell University, and a Masters of Media Arts from MIT, including coursework in cognitive studies and at the University of Sussex Cognitive Sciences program.
